KICKBOXING
The sport of Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from Karate in the 1970's other styles were soon incorporated including Taekwondo, Muay Thai and Boxing. Very rarely will two styles of Kickboxing be the same due to the nature of its development.
Kickboxing is practiced for general fitness or as a competitive contact sport based in a ring or on a matted area.
Suitable for all individuals or families aged 12 years or above
Heavy focus is made on fitness, pad work and sparring with variations on striking with low section kicks, knees, punches and sweeps.

TRADITIONAL
KICKBOXING
Taking the traditional elements of the martial arts developed within the Korean military, this style takes the dynamic kicking and powerful striking techniques of ITF style Taekwondo, combined with modern self defence and grappling it emphasises fitness, flexibility, mental focus and discipline.
Suitable for all individuals or families aged 8 years or above.
Traditional Kickboxing comprises of kicking, punching, knees, elbows, throws and joint manipulation.

CADET
KICKBOXING
An introduction to Martial Arts for children aged between 4 to 7 years old. Incorporating playful learning with the traditional aspects of Martial Arts, focus and discipline.
Helping children build confidence, increase attention and learn life skills as well as having fun.

This class is a natural progression into the Traditional Kickboxing.
